Ride the Wave Psychology
Helping people and workplaces ride the waves of stress, burnout, and change.

About
My name is Sara Zeldenrust
I founded Ride the Wave Psychology because I believe that understanding and regulating your nervous system is the key to finding calm, balance, and resilience in life’s ups and downs.

I’m a Registered Psychologist based in Alberta, Canada. For over twenty years, I’ve supported individuals, families, and frontline workers through stress, burnout, and life’s big challanges. My work blends science and compassion — helping people build awareness, emotional regulation, and practical tools to create calmer, more connected workplaces and lives.
How I Can Help:
At Ride the Wave Psychology, I offer resources and training that bring psychological wellbeing into everyday life and work.

-
Workplace Wellness & Training — helping teams reduce burnout, communicate clearly, and create psychologically safe environments.
-
The Psychological First Aid Kit — a practical course (developed with Playcanics) that gives leaders and workers the tools to respond to stress and promote mental health at work.
-
The Ride the Wave YouTube Channel — free guided practices and insights to support calm, capacity, and self-awareness.
-
Resources & Tools — printable tools, handouts, and mindfulness-based supports for ongoing wellbeing.
