AI in the Workplace:
The New Frontier
Developed by Playcanics, The New AI Frontier is a three-part workshop series — The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly — that explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping industry. As one of the contributing experts, I focus on the human side of AI adoption: how technology impacts stress, adaptability, and psychological safety in the workplace.

This series helps organizations balance innovation with well-being, covering:
-
The Good: How AI can enhance safety, quality, and sustainability.
-
The Bad: Understanding risks, ethics, and safeguards for responsible adoption.
-
The Ugly: Addressing the human and cultural impact of automation — including burnout, adaptation fatigue, and maintaining trust and critical thinking at work.
Workshops are available in live, hybrid, and on-demand formats, offering a flexible learning experience for teams at any stage of AI readiness.

The Psychological First Aid Kit
Just as physical first aid prepares people to respond confidently to injury, the Psychological First Aid Kit equips workplaces to respond to stress, crisis, and emotional strain before they lead to burnout or disengagement.
Developed in collaboration with Playcanics, this comprehensive training series provides practical, evidence-informed tools to help leaders, supervisors, and frontline staff recognize distress, respond effectively, and foster psychological safety at work.
The program includes eight modular workshops, offered at three levels — Frontline, Supervisor, and Leadership — with up to 16 hours of applied learning. Each module can be delivered individually or combined into a customized program that meets your organization’s needs.
Participants learn how to:
-
Recognize signs of stress, burnout, and distress early
-
Respond with calm, empathy, and clarity in high-pressure moments
-
Build psychologically safe team cultures
-
Strengthen resilience and communication after critical incidents
Whether your organization is seeking a structured wellness program or personalized consulting to enhance team readiness, the Psychological First Aid Kit offers flexible, evidence-based solutions to support your people — before, during, and after stress.

Consultation Services
Every workplace has its own culture, challenges, and strengths — there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness.
Through consultation services, I work with organizations, leaders, and teams to understand their unique context and design practical strategies that promote psychological safety, reduce stress, and support sustainable wellbeing.
Consultation may include:
-
Reviewing and enhancing existing wellness or safety initiatives
-
Supporting leadership teams after high-stress events or transitions
-
Developing trauma-informed or psychologically safe workplace practices
-
Integrating stress management and burnout prevention tools into daily operations
These sessions are collaborative and tailored to your organization’s goals — whether you’re addressing a specific concern, building readiness after a critical incident, or exploring long-term wellness planning.
